Working one-on-one with clients, I like to ask, "How can I support you?" and create a safe, cozy container for your healing journey. Wherever you are, I'm here with you every step of the way. 

Navigating your health can feel like being lost deep in the middle of the woods- overwhelming choices on what herbs are safe, drawers of supplements, doctors, and Google with conflicting advice- meanwhile, you want to feel better but don't know where or how to start. That's where I step in. In my coaching practice, I like to think of myself as your personal hiking guide; I'm here to reorient your map, explain the trail, give you options, and point you in the right direction so you feel like you can confidently get back on the path...from there, you blossom into your own healing guide.

 

There is no "one size fits all" when doing one-on-one work. It all depends on what your body needs. 

Maybe you already know all the right things to do but need someone to hold you accountable for a session or two (been there).

Maybe you have been to several docs only to be pushed back out the door with more pills and no answers and looking to get to the bottom of your health. 

 

Perhaps you are completely new to wholistic and intuitive living and looking for guidance on where to begin- in that case, we can work together for several months to set your foundations, develop a plan that works for your unique body and lifestyle, address what is holding you back from healing so you feel vibrant, alive and in the driver's seat of your health. 

Wherever you are on your journey, working one-on-one together can be a beautiful and nurturing experience. This work allows us to look at an in-depth level of how you can live the most alive version of yourself.

Why Work One-on-One Together?

How 1:1 Works

  • Thorough intake that typically takes anywhere from 60-90 minutes

  • Discuss your past medical history, health goals, and your health concerns.

  • Address root cause issues why your symptoms are happening

  • If needed run functional lab testing to address the root cause of your symptoms.  

  • Create a unique meal plan that aligns with your needs, recommend  lifestyle changes for energy, stress reduction, and to meet your goals, and incorporate herbal support all to bring your body into balance, alleviate if not reverse symptoms.

  • Check in every 4-6 weeks until you feel you are in the driver's seat and symptoms have resolved

If you only need a one or two session "pick me up" we can part ways there; sometimes you may need a bit of accountability to get realigned.However, if you are "more green" to healing we may need several months to set the foundations and allow the body to reset. We will check in regularly depending on your needs and make changes accordingly until you feel you are in the driver's seat of your health. If something still feels off after we've addressed the foundations, or you know there is something deeper going on, we can then delve into labs to gain more clarity. 

Wherever you are- the plan is tailored to you. 

Why I don't start with labs first...(unless you really want them, who am I to stop you on your journey?)
First and foremost, labs can be costly and I don't want you dumping a bunch of money if you haven't FIRST addressed the foundations, capisce? When you begin implementing lifestyle changes, exercise, proper sleep, QUALITY nutrient-dense food,  hydration, and herbal allies, most of the time your body naturally falls back into homeostasis and will self-heal...no labs needed.
However, if you have done all the things, still have the lingering feeling that something isn't right, or enjoy seeing it on paper, then we will dive right into the data and labs. 

Working one-on-one means that you gain access to everything I have learned throughout my own journey of nursing, personal healing, herbal medicine, functional nutrition programs, therapy, yoga, and much much more to streamline your journey. You will learn what foods give you energy and what tanks you, how to stick to lifestyle changes that fill up your cup,  what herbs work with your unique constitution, and most importantly you'll learn to go within and discern what exactly your body is asking for at all times. You are back in the driver's seat to your health and relying on your intuition. This looks like sustainable energy, vibrancy in your eyes, a relaxed sense of being, clarity of mind, and self-trust. 

FAQ's

Q: What's the Timeline like?

A:Truly this depends on your needs, where you are starting from, and your own determination. Some may need one session - think of writing a final draft essay and having someone look at it, just to see if there are any spots we can finesse your health a bit. Others may need several months if this is their first time doing this kind of work to really allow the physical and mental changes to unfold. It is all unique. 

Q: What is the cost?

A: Initial sessions/Lab Review Sessions -$200  

     Follow up sessions - $150 

Sessions can be anywhere from 60-90 minutes and that does not include chart reviews, lab interpretations, blending herbs, and curating tailored recommendations for your needs. This is not template or protocol medicine.
